Thai Noodles

All of our recipes are tailor-made, as we don’t do things by halves. We sprinkle the prawns with tamarind, dress the chicken with cashew nuts, finely trim the green beans and make the chillies tease the spring onions. As for the cabbage, it has never been this pampered before. Only the Siamese can excite the taste buds this much.

This dish includes wok noodles garnished with cubes of chicken, prawns, spring onions and egg, as well as a selection of carefully selected vegetables like cabbage and green beans.
